The concept of ‘know thyself’ becomes increasingly important when life becomes challenging. Being curious about this concept will support your therapeutic journey. As we work to understand meanings behind your unconscious patterns and how your inner world translates to your outer world, having someone to help with this process is key to embracing change and gaining confidence in ‘self’. If you are struggling with low self esteem, trauma, depression, anxiety, or simply need someone to talk to about life’s challenges then I am here to help.
