I am a qualified therapist in psychotherapeutic counselling with a deep passion for supporting people to work through life’s challenges, focussing on compassion for self so you can gain confidence, and put your well being first.

I believe in everyone's unique brilliance, the capacity for change and gaining knowledge of self to support your inner peace. I work on the basis that no-one is ‘broken’ or needs to be fixed, rather, there are times in life when you need support to understand yourself better, and work through anything that you might not be able to alone.

Prior to being a therapist I have over 20 years experience as an Event Director and understand how workplace pressure can spill into every aspect of life. Therapy is a way to understand your presenting issues and then empower you in creating a balanced life. I am here to support that journey.

 We will work with curiosity and reflection to uncover any patterns of behavior and gain deeper insights into your life experiences. Together, we’ll work toward fostering healthier relationships and cultivating an inner world that feels grounded, peaceful, and aligned with who you truly are.

I work with people who may present with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, phobias, burnout, adapting to motherhood, relationship and family issues.

My therapeutic approach

My practice is grounded in authenticity and empathy, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, motives and intentions. As an integrative therapist, I will draw on a variety of tools and approaches to support you in a way that best suits your unique needs. Simply put, integrative therapy means I will tailor my  approach to meet you where you are, adapting to what you bring during each session. I’m not here to tell you what you ‘should’ be focussing on, more to support you and help you understand what your values are and how you can prioritise them.

You’ll hear me use the word ‘curiosity’ a lot, and we will work with curiosity and reflection to uncover any patterns of behavior and gain deeper insights into your life experiences. Together, we’ll work towards you cultivating an inner world that feels grounded, peaceful, and aligned with who you truly are.
